Very positive. I am very pleased with the car and the professional but relaxed way the sales process was handled. I have bought 3 Subaru Outbacks from K T Green since 2004 and have found every aspect of their service excellent, from Sales to Service to Parts. The key factor is personal service. I know the people I deal with and they know me. I ran the Subarus alongside an Audi and a Mercedes and the contrast was stark. The marketing image of those cars far exceeded the reality and the servicing was not in the same league as that which I receive at K T Green, yet the costs were higher.
